Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy covers the Playful Rewards promotional website ("the Site"). Once you install the app, the app's own privacy policy governs any data you give it.

2. What we collect

The Site has no sign-up form. We do not ask for your name, email or payment details. We collect:

• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page and approximate location (country or region).
• Campaign data: ad and click identifiers from the link you arrived on (for example a click ID or campaign ID).
• Interaction data: events such as starting or finishing the demo game and clicking a call-to-action button. Your quiz answers stay in your browser and are not sent to us.

3. Cookies and tracking technologies

• Click tracking (RedTrack, served from ko606.ttrk.io) records your visit and your click on our button, and stores a click ID in a cookie for 30 days. It attributes app installs and offer completions to our links, so that we receive our commission.
• Meta click parameters: a small script library published by Meta (capi-param-builder) turns the Facebook click ID in the link you arrived on (fbclid) into first-party cookies (_fbc, _fbp). We pass these values to RedTrack, which may use them to report conversions to Meta so we can measure how our ads perform. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy. The Site does not load the Meta Pixel.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of interest-based ads at optout.aboutads.info and in your device's ad settings.

4. How we use data

We use this data to run and improve the Site, measure our ad campaigns, attribute affiliate commissions, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information for money. Under some US state laws, sharing data with advertising partners for targeted ads can count as a "sale" or "sharing". See section 6 for how to opt out.

5. Who we share data with

We share data with our affiliate tracking provider, advertising platforms, the app operator (to confirm installs and conversions), and hosting providers. We also disclose data when the law requires it.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other US states), you may have the right to access or delete your data, or to opt out of targeted advertising and the "sale" or "sharing" of your data. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out. To make a request, email support@playfulrewardzapp.com.

7. Retention and security

We keep tracking data only as long as we need it for attribution, reporting and fraud prevention, generally no longer than 24 months. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. Children

The Site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
